I always thought, Splash can't possibly just do /nothing/...this is what comes to mind.
either this or raining gummy bears. but. we all know that's ridiculous.

if I wasn't so lazy, I would've totally depicted total destruction and everything in the picture. but its about 3 in the morning and I just felt that fire and little purple ghosts would do the trick. lol but yeah. we all know magikarps are really evil.
