Here's my take on Jin at 40 with silver hair, because I just *had* to do it. He's part of ~laurabryannan 's BaU series so I tried to put him in modern clothes but hey, nothing worked until I went for the good old kimono so there you go. I know I should probably have emphasized the age lines more than I did but come on, Jin's too beautiful for age lines, right
I had a lot of fun with this. Still can't see Mugen at 40 in my head but I hope he gives me a hint before too long.

Ooooohhhh *___* aruarian-dancer sent me the link to this earlier today through LJ and I was persuaded to make an account so I could comment! I remember seeing your stuff through the SamCham Comm. Goooorrrgeous! XD I also hear-tell you're doing an older Mugen ^___^ AD and I have been talking about a crack version of older Mugen complete with Monk robe and beard! lol

XDXD I haaaad toooo lol besides it's not like it was too much trouble or anything! (I've tried taking it seriously and penciling something else, but I just can't help but snicker and aw haw haw at him... because old monk beard Mugen is just waaaaaay too funny.) I can't draw Mugen for the life of me. He's such a pain! But I certainly hope he behaves for you! Can't wait to see it X)

I had him scowling to start with but then I thought "Nah, let's give him a teeny tiny smile". And yeah, I like that much better.
Oh age lines can definitely be sexy. But with the silver hair I thought they made him look too old. If I ever draw Mugen, I imagine him with the same type of hair colour but sexy lines
This is recent (as in sketched just the other day) but still sketched in Photoshop. But this time I tried hard to stay zoomed out as much as I could because I think that has a lot to do with my problems with proportions.
