there is something that bugs me a lot with this picture. while there is clearly a lot of work onthe details and specially on the texture of the tree, these bright purple eyes just clash with everything else for being extremely simple and random. as if they were some sort of last time adition, and for that reason it seems to pop out and draw more attention from everything else than they should. even the use of a bright, saturated purple(it seems like its the random defualt tone used on windows) is almost ilogical, considering you had quite a good variety of yellows and oranges you could use to achieve the same and even better result.
