When school is out, I still daydream, and what better way to bring up my spirit than being plucked from the crowd by one of my favorite character ideas after I walk out of school! Note that I even dropped my backpack on the floor (that dot by her leg) So why doesnt anyone else notice? Because it's still a daydream... but a good one in my opinion.

Normally when I create a character I usually look up an appropriate name based on their personality.... not this time however. This is the same girl as the one in my "Happy Camper" picture but with a few changes (more ragtag clothing, taller, differently dyed hair, a satchel). When I was drawing her clothing I couldnt help but draw it all patched up, so instead of looking up a name, Im simply nicknaming her Patches... Im pretty sure it can be a boy or girl nickname and if not I doubt it matters, she's a bit of a tomboy XD

If your wondering about her gloves I have two explainations. If you want the truth, its because I cant draw hands, but also if you want to learn a little more about Patches, she has a job at the junkyard as a car compactor, the gloves keep her from cutting her hands. (Yeah, I was really bored when I thought this through)

I got lazy with buildings, plain and simple, I didnt want to draw any more windows.
