Those eyes stand out.
The position of the frog looks rather good, and the colored line art is nice and soft, too.
I think that the line art is a bit rough, though. It would look smoother if you varied the width, or worked it into the picture a bit more. More contrast would give the picture a bit more depth, but the smooth green gives it a good atmosphere.
