Updated this slightly since I last uploaded it. I used an amalgamation of three hue changes and erased parts of each layer to create this. There's probably a simpler way of doing it, but hey. Note the lighter yellow used. Many Mega Evolutions have lighter or darker colours than their regular form, and I tried to mimic this with Mega Luxray, hence why the regular Mega Luxray is a lighter blue, and the shiny has a lighter yellow.
