Good for you, see I don't have enough patience to do that over and over. I need to get a tablet so I can start drawing on photoshop, rather than on paper - maybe I'll be just as good on the computer as I am with pencil, who knows.
& thank you for the tips. if ever I do something like that, I'll remember them so that I know what the hell I'm doing. xD <3
I don't think that there is an e amil on dA. x-x So I guess you're gonna have to put it up as a sketch in they gallery.

You DREW that on!? That is AMAZING, oh my God. x-x I can't draw on photoshop to save my life - mostly 'cause I don't have a tablet. Do you have a tablet?

Nope, use mouse. That's why it takes forever. Create a new layer, and the lay down just the plain color, roughly the shape you want (you can clean up the edges and stuff later). Then use the darken tool thingy set at 30% or so to start putting in the shading. Then give the thing a texture. After that blur tool, an then again the darken one. And well, yeah with time you build it up. The darken and erasor tool work best, but only wen you use it on a low setting so you can build up the depth. Is there any way one can e-mail using this thing??? If not i'll put in the gallery a sketch and photoshop "drawing" i'm busy with

Yep. I play around with photoshop, and am teaching my learners to take pics and manipulate them as well. We started a small blog with pics in it that they took, and update it as we go along. the addy is [link] if you want to check it out
