I did this commission like, 3 months ago, and now I can finally share it.
This is a also an example for my new type of "anime style" commission, featuring the style of Sword Art Online.

General Summary:
"The Kirita Chronicles" is Knowledgeseeker01 's unofficial semi-genderbent alternate universe continuity reboot for Sword Art Online. Several characters, such as Kirito, Asuna, and Lisbeth, are different genders while other characters, such as Klein, Agil, and Silica remain the same. There are many notable divergences from canon while some things are similar to canon. Be sure to read and find out.

Character Summary:
Trapped in Sword Art Online with thousands of other players will force some players to take measures to survive. Regardless of which world you live in, things are not always fair.

Kirita - Kirigaya Kazuta - A fourteen year old girl who was a Beta Tester for Sword Art Online. During the first month of the Death Game, she faces more than her fair share of hardship which nearly gets her killed several times due to other players attempting to stab her in the back. Even after all that, she has been labeled as a Beater and has more or less become a fugitive to the general Sword Art Online public. She reluctantly decided to travel with Akio after he stood up for her and earned her trust. While Kirita has had difficulty with men in the past, she wishes to give Akio a chance, and she is glad she did. They have become trusted companions.

Akio - Yuuki Akio - He is a fifteen year old boy. He originally met Kirita twice in the real world, and their meetings influenced his life greatly. His life was saved by Kirita in Sword Art Online. While she was originally unimpressed by Akio's attitude, he quickly proves himself after Kirita decides to help him become a better player. After Kirita became a Beater, Akio didn't hesitate to become her traveling companion despite the possible danger it might present him. He has become a loyal friend to her, and he wishes to learn more about her.

Scene Summary:
It takes place in a currently unreleased chapter but set for either Chapter 22 or 23. After traveling and avoiding potential enemies, Kirita and Akio have managed to find a safe haven for the time being, and they are enjoying their respite for Christmas. Akio is giving Kirita a scarf he knitted for her.

Akio is the first boy to ever give Kirita presents. He made her the fingerless gloves she is wearing along with the scarf. Throughout her life, Kirita has had no positive male figures to look up to due to the deaths of certain members of her family and her grandfather abusing her. As she spends more time with Akio, she feels more comfortable talking to him, but she still has some issues she needs to work through. However, she has been taking steps.
