If you are really interested in Chinese knotting, I think it would probably be good to get Lydia Chen's books. I'm not sure how much you know already, but here is a webpage about basic Chinese knots: [link] and here's another website: [link] I couldn't find a really comprehensive English site on the subject. orz but I think if you know the basics, and with the help of a web translator, it might be possible to learn from non-English websites.

There are also some videos on Youtube, you'll see that there's no need for understanding of the language with videos and good picture tuts. [link]
