It's a WIP but the pencils look just awesome and I love it so, moved to main gallery.General Parvo from the cartoon Road Rovers.
I LOVED the Road Rovers almost as much as I LOVE Sonic SatAM. It's very similar too and Jim Cummings voices the guy so it's like he's a Robotnik.
He's ugly as hell but I still love him and I really had no intention in making him any less ugly. It's part of his character. Ugly, yet appealing in some way...
Too bad it didn't last too long. Only 13 episodes before it got canceled because they wanted more educational shows in the air and replaced it.
Bah!
It was an awesome show. Had a lot of stupid humor here and there but also had some innuendos and adult humor into it.
I love Parvo so much and I specially love that his sidekick is a girl and they're always sort of flirting with each other like only a cartoon can. XD
I threw a lot of original things into the drawing because I had no reference over the memory from watching all episodes on YouTube and as I was struggling with it I remembered the words of an artist I admire on how to make such awesome desings and have a character look awesome even if you change it's cannon.
"Just throw in everything you think looks cool and forget about cliches or critique. It's your drawing, it should look good for you."
And so I did.
Cat eyes from his origin along with the fangs.
Made the mustache fluffier and added random things to the helmet since I couldn't remember how it looked.
Overall I love how he looks. Now I must draw Groomer but for her I do need reference because she's a bit harder to draw. Has more details. His are mostly key features and no matter what style you can see it's him anyway.

I think I may try to draw him too. Along with his lovely Groomer cuz you just know there is something going on between them XD They are so flirty

Oh, he does admit he loves her in one episode. After he kicks her out and she returns in the end when he's been defeated again. The one episode it showed him without the metal helmet, he's got cat ears it's fluffy on the top of his head. He dropped to his knees and hugged her legs so she forgave him and came back. She stroked the top of his head and he -purred- and told her he loved her.
Oh and you see the reason he's coughing so much it's because of furballs! XD
I squealed so much at that~ It was so incredibly adorable. I hate how the series got canceled.

Yes! I looooove that episode so much! It was actually her who left because he wouldnt deal with her cats. So when she failed, he came to get her x333 Which was cute! And then when she asked why he was so against her cats, he shows her OwO And she basically thinks its hawt that he's one. XD Heehee And he's amazed at the fact that she accepts him like that cuz he thought it would disgust her. x333 I loved the hug where he purred. It was so cute. He was all "We're back together ..." or something like that

I must say I have never seen such an adorable villain relationship like in this show. So unique! It should not have been cancelled >< Especially not after such a short run!! I loved it ;____;

Here's something funny to think (or gross, depending...) the top of his head was yellow, but the hairball he spits is dark. And the reason for said hairballs is because cats lick themselves...
I'll leave it at that.

Agreed. And Parvo's not the only one; there are several other RR villains who don't get the attention they deserve. And I'm not refering to those lesser villains who need men to do their fighting for them. But rather, some of the enemies like the cano-mutant duo from the first episodes, and the felo-mutant trio from the episode; "Dawn of the Groomer."
I haven't seen that show in 13 years. And yet despite how long it's been, I still see potential in that show to be something huge despite that WB has ignored it's potential for so long now.

Man, I remember having so many neat ideas for stories about that show back then when it was on TV. And how I'd never want to miss one episode and was sitting in front of the TV right on time every day and felt like crying when it didn't came back on.
Another of my favorite shows gets thrown away.
We got a Sonic SatAM DVD, now it would be nice if there was a RR one too~

He has an earing in one episode where he's getting gold from a treasure and is wearing some jewelry, so I kept it.
