Description
Ceinwy, the star of Powys from Warlord ChroniclesPrincess Ceinwyn of Powys, was previously been betrothed to Arthur until his elopement with Guinevere. During her wedding cerimony with Lancelot, she chooses Derfel Cadarn and they become, in essence, husband and wife, since she vowed never to marry. With Derfel, she had 3 beautiful girls, Morwenna, Seren and Dian. And she is the rock and the soulmate of Derfel, the main character of the trilogy.
When Derfel fell in love with her, she is described wearing a yelow gold dress with embroidered stars to simbolize her "title" as the star of Powys.

I reread the trilogy a few months ago, so the plot is very fresh in my mind, and these books are part of my favorites, my precious! I lost count of how many times I reread them, but I read again at least once a year
