Nom Anor in now in my personal pantheon of favourite characters.I have no idea what he looks like, let in be a geezer with inenarrable traits.
And I have real problems with drawing Vongs, wtf I can`t make them less human

The skin tone. I think I have seen a tribal person with the same skin tone and a similar design in some Fallout 2 cinematic or trailer or just picture. Besides very dry skin, one eye green and very little hair... he looks like he might be from a radioactive wastland.

The eye is actually an implant, which spit poison. Imagine he took in from a wastland mutant beast %)
