Description

Hey guys, here's the model from my latest tutorial!

You can get it on Cubebrush here: cbr.sh/5pe6k

It covers the entire creation of a AAA PBR stylized character in a style similar to games like Blizzard's Overwatch. It's meant to be a simpler design to better show the main elements of the process.

The whole thing is about 16 hours and includes a ton of content. If you get it, let me know what you think! I'm pretty proud of this oneΒ

I have a question to ask if possible or not on whether you know of a website that gives out tga files. Something to practice on for 3D models. I'll check this Cubebrush deal you got, but I'm interested in finding 3D files to paint on and experiment with. Perhaps you have tips? I'd appreciate any help in this area, thanks!

Normally the files will be 3d files like .ma .obj .fbx etc. You can of course open them in 3D software and take screenshots then, but I don't think I've seen just targa files. Or maybe I'm not getting what you mean

Oh sorry I've only worked with 3D texture files using the .tga flat texture files I guess I would also need the .obj file as well that goes with it. where the .obj files are made flat and have the shapes outlined with white so that we know where to paint in texture. Then it gets applied back on the the 3D .obj file. It was the only time that I worked with 3D texture and it was very basic colors which I never really did more with, and I was hoping to practice some more with 3D elements instead with painting on top of 3D models using a flatten tga files. I had a trial version of Maya a while ago.
