I think the greatest improvement is with the lighting and shadings. Expectually around the neck area.

I changed the painting Technique, I used to go first with the colors and now I start with Greyscale, what helped me a lot with lighting and shading and it's also easier and faster for me.
Β Also, I've been practing A LOT and using references, what helps me with anatomy.
