how do you make all these paintings, do you have the items, put them on the table, and then paint itΒ (how it looks like from your angle)Β on a canvas?

I create a concept firstly then prepare my composition with my still life objects ( fruits, porcelain, metal, fabrics... ) under a spot light. Then i paint what i see to the canvas with brush and paint knife. Sometimes i rearrange all the composition in my imagination as i wish. Besides that i take photo from my scene if i can't finish my painting just on time ( some fresh foods can rot in short time )

it smart to take a picture, when i have to draw a post which i cant draw by myself, i make the pose myself (for example fighting poses) and let someone take a picture ^^

I'm really impressed with how well you render light & shadow. Especially the color choices to give the watermelon that semi-transparency.
