I love the contrast between the different models and how nothing is mundane about this shot. Also love the title you gave it. The song with the matching title played in my head as I looked at it, and really set the mood for me.

Well, I made it to make people focus on the "dog" and the "spirit". The other people on the back dress like that every day and its pretty obvious that some people would see them like not "common people". Putting them with things even less common, they wouldnt be so outstanding. A family is a family, no matter how different they look to regular people. Also this is a series of family portraits on their picnic.

On first glance it scared me a little, then on noticing the chained person in the background it scared me even more, and then I looked at it photographically rather than emotionally and I was transfixed by it. This piece is truly mind blowing.

I see here in a mix of different movies I saw. The first reminds me "Velvet Goldmine" that is about Glam Rock of the 70's. Then we have a bit of "Underworld" and perhaps also "Los Sem Nombre" that has a realy outstanding story, we feel the suffering in this movie and that can be seen here in the girl that is in chains. And the couple there reminds me lots of movies and videos of some bands.
