Description
When I learned that MegaMan 9 was being made, I was overjoyed beyond all reason.But without a solid source of internet over the past few months, being able to express through my usual artistic methods was nigh impossible.
Now, with a decent source of internet at my control, this picture is the end result.
I may not have all my tools, and my laptop can't compare to my usual desktop work computer, but I had to find SOME way to get this picture out of my head and into my art gallery. ^_^

I remember when the Angry Video Game Nerd talked about Megaman 9 coming out (I think it was him; it might have been Yahtzee, though). I "lolled" when I thought of your reaction to the knowledge that your lover was making another appearance.

Oh, and believe me, it took me forever to recoil my jaw from making it halfway through the Earth's core. Though to call Rockman my "lover" is a little unfair...I'm pretty sure the only Rockman character I ever fawned over was Zero, and look how that turned out...^_^
And speaking about art...you should put up more artwork yourself! Seriously, you've got a create library of characters you've created over the years; show the world what you're capable of!

I'll try to find the tutorial I used that basically got me going later. Come to think of it, though, it's been ages since I did the one cell-shading piece, and it takes a crap load of time to do, so I'll figure something out for you later.

What's really cool is that the game is being done using the same kind of graphics of the original 8-bit games, in case you didn't know.

Wanna know what's really amusing?
The fact that the game, with its 8-bit graphics and sound, trumped a lot of hi-tech 3D powerhouse games at e3 this year, and was nominated for a ton of "Best of" awards.

you know, this megaman 9 thing was actually the most thrilling thing in the e3 [at least for me], which is kind of a dissapointing [just kind of kind of kind of kind of kind of kind of kind of kind of kind of kind of kind of kind of kind of kind of], but they actually gave me something to look forward to, just one, nonetheless a really awesome thing...

Duuuuuude, welcome back. Yeah, I'm rather excited about Megaman 9, even though I probably can't play it since I don't possess the consoles it's supposed to be released on... mehwell, there's always Youtube after someone posts some videos of it.
Out of all the features, I think Splashwoman's getting the most hype, being the only female Robot Master in the series aside from Roll (I'm not sure if Plum counts as a Robot Master). There are already some pictures of her on dA, which will most likely become moot when some official art is leaked of her. It appears that I'm not the only one who considered the Bubbleman/Splashwoman pairing. *hammer plonk* Bad, bad DZ! Though shalt not pay attention to romance! Do you want to end up like every other fangirl on the interbutts? *plonk plonk plonk*
