Was browsing through the DA favourites this morning, and stumbled upon this pic:[link]
I loved the fluidity of the motion and the posture, and felt like doing a sketch...turned out into Ninja from MGS1.
Sorry Raiden, you look cool in MGS4, but nothing like the original.

Great character movement and the posture is key. I think I'm going to focus my attention on the MGS2 ninja design. I never understood why it received such little fanfare.

Whenever I look at this, my mind always starts playing the song from his boss fight in Twin Snakes: "Soldier vs. Ghost." I think the coolest touch is the red light trail from his mask. Awesome pic.

and you're right. If cyborg ninja was in MGS 2 onwards i would have actually bothered to play the games. The only reason i played Portable ops was because little Frank Jaeger...Null... was in it too.

You played Twin Snakes right? Either way I love the fight choreography in that remake of MGS1. A bit OTT, but it suits him fine -at least for the scenes with Grey Fox in it. Fookin EPIC AR

Stunning work, the way you drew the Ninja in the vein of the pic you mentioned is beautiful, I actually think the style suits perfectly given Ninja as well.
