Description
Here's a picture I've planned on drawing for a long time! It's based on a scene from my Dragon Tales fanfic, "The Meaning of Magic," taking place directly before the climax of the story.

After forging the powerful Scepter of Chivalry, Emmy and Max exit the Crystal Caves with the relic in hand... only to discover that Maligna has captured their dragon friends and taken their magic!
The evil sorceress provides the children with an ultimatum: They must turn the Scepter over to her, or else she will place the dragons under a spell of eternal sleep...

EDIT: I've folded Maligna's wings downwards, just to show that they're not being used (at least not yet)...
