This is incredibly beautiful work. I am blown away by the detail and how realistically you've drawn her. Yet it still looks like Ariel; that takes talent. You have some serious artistic talent Thanks for sharing your gorgeous artwork

Oh. Did you draw the hair in sections and then color, or just use color organically, without any premeditation?

I draw the hair in sections (with the darkest colour, in this case, dark brown) and then I colour from the shadows to the light (from darkest colours to the lightest), and this is for my drawings in general

I love its...deliberate windswept appearance, that sense of realism (while still staying true to her original character design).
