Even though I'm against too much photoshop on people, I do recognize the need of it in a pin-up concept. However, her normal finger wrinkles are in contrast to her "fake-plastic" face and, at least for me, it's distracting. Other than (all!) that, the model is beautiful and her pose is very pin-up-ish, adding a lot to the photograph. The post-process of the photo, excluding the extreme plasticization on her face, is very good and well done for the concept.
