A character I designed for a game concept that got scraped by my group, but I love her design so much that I desided to keep her as a new OC. This is Nebula, Nebby for short. she was originally an inhabitant for a futuristic city with a shady past and government, and she was looking in to all the hidden information. the concept of the game never got very far but I may come back to exsplore the idea more on my own at a later date.base by
