I really like the lighting used on this pic.
Makes me think this was done in 3DS Max or Maya and some third party shading/lighting plug in.
Bonus points because this is how I think they will look like in KH3. (Plus some modification of the models of course, to make them high polygonal)

I just added a white fuzzy dot on their eyes in gimp xD and for the rest of it, it was just lighting and MME.
