Well, you asked for comments and critique, so here it is
Personally, I think that for your age your art is amazing and you have quite a talent for drawing. Your shading skills are very good (judging on the drawing of the eye in your gallery), but you should use them in other drawings (like this one), too.
I'd say this drawing is your best, I especially like the hair
