I was bound to make it sooner or later...A little of pony history for all the bronies; The first Rainbow Dash toys used to have that kind of eye paint, and those clothes are my own take on the "Tea party fun with Rainbow Dash" set accessories (yeah, I do own that set, and yes, I did put those on G4 Rainbow Dash
)Just picture Rainbow Dash using those accessories while having tea with a hot pink tea set. Good times...

I am working on an Adobe Flash cartoon (below) of today's Rainbow Dash sick in bed with a cold and being cared for by her beloved Granny Dash, who has Granny Smith's body design and the G3.5 Dashie's colors and cutie mark. Granny Dash is athletic and spry like her granddaughter, but is also courteous and stylish. And she loves the granddaughter who shares her name!

I don't get why everyone blames Rainbow Dash for that when it was Pinkie Pie who was at fault. Pinkie was the one who stupidly jumped off a moving vehicle and knocked Rarity off. If she'd just stayed on Applejack's one until she stopped, everything would have been fine.

Yeah, just got into the series myself, but yeah, Pinkie jumped off the coach took rarity with her, and despite them literally being right there and picking them up wouldn't have cost them anything and going back for them after the fact would have literally been nothing compared to what they just did Rainbow Dash still just literally abandoned them in the desert. That is why everyone blames Rainbow Dash for that. Kinda funny she would just abandon her friends like that but be considered Loyalty though.

I've seen a lot of examples of Rarity being contradictory to her Element pointed out in the post-Discord episodes. That's probably the first one I've heard for Rainbow Dash, though. I blame it on the writers no longer caring about what they do.

The problem with them doing that is that they're ignoring key parts of the characters' personalities and making themselves look incompetent in the process. Then again, they might not care about looking incompetent.

Well it is a show targeting young girls, I haven't quite put my finger on the attraction part that draws so many adults especially 30-something men to become fanatical about the show, whether it's the visual cues in the animation, that they are scratching their heads wondering why it's gotten so popular, or that it allows an easy means with which to live out a few fantasies but it's pretty much narrowed down to one of those three things. It has very little to do with how well written the series is, though it does have some good writing the target audience for the show limits what they can do, and people mostly won't care so long as the part that keeps them watching continues to be used.

I think a lure of the first season is that it's an animated show which takes its subject matter seriously. Most don't, and neither does post-Discord season 2, which I think was a major factor in me giving up on new episodes.
