Yes, a few times. There's his first appearance in "Three Men and a Comic Book"(Season 2), Bart just wore the purple mask on the "How Low Will You Go" show in "They Saved Lisa's Brain"(Season 10), and the "Bartman Begins" story in "Revenge Is a Dish Best Served Three Times"(Season 18).
There's also a comic book series of Bartman. But the series only had six issues and only the first three issues are reprinted on the Bartman reprint book. I have the first Bartman issue that is holographic foil and still on plastic.
There's also a music video called "Do the Bartman".

I gotta tell you, Simpsons comics are hard to collect. There's just so many. The main Simpsons comic book series which has been produced since the 90s, with around 180 issues now, I think. Then there's also Bartman, Radioactive Man, Itchy & Scratchy comics and a whole bunch of other spinoff series. So it's hard to track them all.
I ought a check out the "Do the Bartman" music video sometime soon.
