The colours are so wonderful and I love that definitive mucha feel to it. I just love the effect of the smoke billowing around her like a cloud!

Coloring is just fine Like *Nexxorcist said, a more detailed/intensified job would've drowned the lovely inkwork and composition. The top is a great design too.

trust me, i'll let you know if i think something sucks. and if you think turning this into a slicked out, super rendered piece is gonna help it, it won't. coloring isn't just about the style or technique. it has a whole lot to do with your color choices as well. and with your linework, it's always worked better with a simpler style and well placed colors.

but you already knew that.
