What is it about large, ornate, intricate keys that just screams 'fairytale'? Am I alone in this, or do you guys agree?

Anyways, a little while back I got this awesome key from a friend who knows I make jewelry with keys. I think I made a fool of myself while dancing in circles with joy I really really love this key, it's so pretty! It used to belong to a closet, or so I've been told This necklace will probably become part of my castlefest costume this year, maybe I'll make it a bit more 'steamy' before then, add some gears and stuff... who knows...

Materials: vintage closet key, glass beads in copper, brown and bronze, metal copper coloured chain, copper coloured jewelry findings, metal copper coloured beads.
