Hey there !
Tunahai did a great review, and pointed most of the things there is to say in this drawing. It has a strong anatomy, great colours, as well as a nice shading. Maybe her left arm feels a bit tiny, or just the hand.
Also, try to be a bit more precise as to where the light comes from (for instance on her left leg, the lighter part is at the opposite of where the light comes from)

Hey ho over all a really good picture!
The design and the colours are great. I really like the belts they look cool!
The anatomy is solid. There are just some minor mistakes, the head is a bit big and the hands and feet are a bit small.
Your shading and work with light is really good, too! I espeacially like how you've done it on the bra and the leather stripes on her arm.
It doesn work that good on the trousers. Be a bit braver with the cell shading!! That is how you define the form. I like that you use a soft brush for the light, but I think you overused it a bit on the trousers.
But thats just my two cents
it is an awesome character you created here!
