Well I may not be able to squee over Chip the way you can, but I agree with the sentiment. Chip is pretty much made of win and is definatly one of the best characters in the show even if he doesn't appear that often.
And that has got to be one of the best songs to ever come out of a TV show. I think my favorite line in it is "My shiny teeth so AWESOME- just like your favorite song!". It's just the way he says it mixed with the fact that "Shiny Teeth" is probably one of them <3
