The town of Dagon Fel in Morrowind. The locals always say that it's a hellhole with nothing in it, which is true I guess. But it does look cool because of the interesting mix of architecture.: Quaint medieval houses, run down shacks and wierd dremer ruins. oh, and shrooms of course.
