It works with beryl (or compiz) and imho it's the better dock for linux even if last version I've installed it's not very stable on my system.

Sure, it's Ubuntu edgy with beryl.
The theme is Nice Mini port [link] , a mix of cerebro [link] and nico mini.
The icons are Ekisho [link] + Samui 2 [link]
