Nice work! Agree with Aquaridragon. The car coming towards the camera and moving out of the picture on the right works very nicely. Especially since it is not broken in the picture itself. Did you need to crop it? Looks like it wasn't completely dark yet, which could have added a bit more contrast i.e. darker house walls, darker sky, but this works quite nicely, too of course

What a shot, really. The lines of perspective done by the car lights, moves across the picture like that, leads your eye across it. The street lights also are like mini bright strong starbursts of light.
And the clear crisp colour even at night ion low natural light, the colours cast on the side of the street
