Thanks very much, glad you like it. I do find birds a little stiff .. Like they have been stuffed and put on display. I want to loosen them up a little but I get too carried away with too many tight details. I do keep trying though

Thanks, i enjoy trying to do birds and i struggled a lot with this one. I would not call it a portfolio piece as it's a bit stiff and lifeless but i learned from my mistakes. Some of the best birds on DA are drawn looser and they look more natural .. that's where i want to get too and i find it so hard because of my natural style. I'll keep trying though
