Description Here is a new WIP of my Nentir Vale/Forgotten Realms conversion. Black text is FR setting canon, Dark Red text is Nentir Vale canon, Dark Blue text are locales from the NWN2: Storm of Zehir video game, and orange text are homebrew (only a couple, and just to get other things to work together). This is just a WIP - I still have to go over some of Mike Schley's terrain from his NV map, and I have to finish all the hills, and the Evermoor (plus a bunch of small details/enhancements)

Greetings, your work is amazing! I have just started looking into putting the Vale into the realms and found your work. Has anything else been done on it? I would love to see it completed but with he above image I believe I have enough to get it going. My greatest of thanks and I hope you CAN eventually find the time and spirit to finish it.
Cheers!

This map is exactly what I've been looking for...wanting to add the Nentir Vale into my 5e campaign!  Thank you!!!  Is this your final draft, or have you added more detail?

No, sorry - this isn't the finished map. I got a little bored and went off to do a few other maps for awhile, but I plan to get back to this one ASAP. Zeroaru-X, who posted a comment above, will be wring the lore-conversion (its not as hard as you would think - this spot was IDEAL), and hopefully that will be posted up at the DMsGuild in the spring or early summer 2018. the main concept here is that 'Nentir Vale' is actually a shortening of 'Neverwinter Vale' in the conversion, and the tielfling and dragonborn empires are being pushed into shadowfell and Abeir, just to give you some inkling of how we are blending the setting lore together.

Cheers - Mark

This is great i used the mere of dead men modules from dungeon magazine to bridge the 5e boxed set into hotdq/rise of tiamat for my last campaign.  I might use this for a future campaign even though im unfamiliar with nentir vale - i love this map.

Nice to see you doing more maps. (Matrix Sorcica at the Nentir Vale forum at The Piazza pointed me at this map.)

What's purple?

Sorry - thats Underdark. I thought I had said that but I guess I forgot. Thats all shade-coded as well - not the text, but the settlements/locales themselves. there are three different shades of purple, with lightest being the closest to the surface, and darkest being in the 'deep dark' (and of course the median shade being the 'Middle dark'). Thanks for asking.

Ok thanks, are you going to be publishing a legend?

Yes, eventually. Because of RL stuff, I had to put this on the 'back burner' for a bit. I plan to get back to it soon.

And your work is completely amazing. I've been following your work for ..... since your 3.5 forgotten realms maps.

I really like the amount of thought and details (and presumably hard work) that you put into your maps. Sadly it's nothing I will be able to use (well maybe a few bits of the unchanged areas), but it promises to become a very neat map indeed.
