Well knowing there are certain limitations one is given with the medium of charcoal I must say you did a fantastic job with everything, the only problem I have with this piece however is the fact you made her look sort of chinese with her eye and i'm sure her nose doesn't flatten out like it does in your drawing here. other than those I think you captured the essence quite nicely.
