It's nice that you tried perspective and that the hair looks pretty good, but the eyes should be at least one eye apart from each other.
Also, the shoulders kinda seem off to me. I'm confused as to what you mean by "she", because this looks like a guy to me. If that's the case, then this person's shoulders should be a bit wider than what you have right now.
