A Light - and a Shadow - elv (Elben / Alben) , form the nordicmythology , more or less.
This two are goddesses, in a story I am working on. (More or less, they do not even appear)

But there much closer to the mythology creatures,
a shadow elb, like a show or as it self a shadow, just darkness
like a light elb, pure light. I choose some colder light,. Just light is the full spectrum and this is basically just white light. right?

Shadowelvs are not evil. And light elb does not mean there are good creatures. This is NOT like "light for good, and dark for evil.
