i donΒ΄t know how this dragonfly called in english. but in german we name it "emarald dragonfly".after molting and now drying its skin

nice. the colors are lovely. from far away i thought it was mating. but it was really only shedding.

more than shedding - hatching! Like a butterfly from the chrysalis - these are nymphs that spend the "caterpillar" stage in water...you've got to wonder how all that fits in there!!!
