"Marissa stood before the painting, admiring its utter simplicity and yet deep symbolism. It isn't like Guertena to make something so simple, yet so off-putting.

What had he been thinking when he painted it? Was he actually worried about something? Was he thinking about some friend of his who was suffering? Or was he simply implying that something off to the side of the canvas, something unseen, perhaps even within Guertena's own workshop, was something worthy of worry or fear, some sort of inside joke? Was it meant to be a two part piece, with the face looking at something bothersome next to it?

All these questions and many more streaked across the girl's mind...must be nice to have inspiration to create things such as this..."
