i can never get a proper pose no matter how hard i try (worst thing is i use 3d software)

It is hard, I'm not the best at it yet but doing things like drawing from life really did help me out. For my animation course we're encouraged to use as many references as possible when figuring out poses for concept art and actual animation, 2D or 3D
