So when I said I would start on anime style I wasn't really joking
besides, I apparently can draw Al only once every 5 attempts when in its original style, so... *sweatdrops*Alejandro/Cody. The first pairing I fell for when I got into TD series (since I watched the third one first). Don't ask, I really don't know what to say. But they seem so cute, I can't NOT ship them.
There again, I also ship other crack, useless pairings with Cody, so don't judge me please (I ship him with Noah and Duncan, orz).
What do you think?

I gotta be honest with you. The last thing I'll ever do is put an OC with a character from the show and make it the main pairing. Don't judge me, I just don't like it, is all. I don't have anything against those that do it, really.
I will pair Ana with someone (guess who xD) but that will not be the main pairing.
Btw, just a curiosity, none of the OCs are invented (aside from an eventual appearance of an unknown character). They are all based on real people (except for Bane, the wolf xD)

oh, i wouldn't do that either. chara/OC is something i despise because usually it's mary sue or marty stu and the focus doesn't appeal to me (i prefer chara/chara and if there's a side of OC/OC it's kinda ok, but no focus on OC/chara). if there is side OC/chara, i can stand it as long as the focus does not shift to that
for now your side pairing is working ok, so nothing to say about it ^^ as long as main focus is on alco and noco. *nodnod*

Yeah, that's exactly how I feel. Side OC/chara, ok, but the whole story focusing on that, Hell no!
Don't worry, I will focus more on NoCo and AleCody. ^^ There will be some parts where I join some OCs with characters, and of course, they have to have some parts just for them, but I'll try to make them short.

this will sum it up rather well, but in short, it's both a self insertion of an authoress in her own fic and the consequent shift of attention from the actual charas of the series to the sole mary sue, to the point where she's perfect and everyone falls for her except those she hates, who end up as bastards, most of the time by addition of tons of OOC. but there's more to it than that. the link is very informative and a great read (and so are all the links they offer, too). ^^

oh, so that's what mary sue is
well, don't worry, Ana will be far from that. Here are (some) reasons why:
1. She's nuts.
2. She sees the human race as a failed experiment of nature
3. She's an hypocrate
4. She's mildly racist (she says black people are only good at lying, stealing and killing)
5. If she sees an adult stealing candy from a child, she makes him/her swallow a granade.
These are some (scary) reasons as to why this will never be Mary Sue. Obviously, this isn't completely based on me (I'm not a racist, hypocrate nor see human race as a bad thing). I just felt that I had to put these exagerations to make everything more... interesting. In fact, I made Ana to be far from perfect.

haha, don't worry, it's the one thing everybody needs to know when they write OCs into fanfics, not because they might fall into mary-sueism, but simply out of interesting information value.
(just check a few links on that tv-tropes site, you'll die laughing. i can never get out of that site once i'm in...)

Also i'v'e never really thought about Alejandro/Cody but now that I think about it, it is awfully cute and how is it that you are the one to always get me into pairings.
