This may look sucky, but it took a comparatively long time. XDI think this is my first digitally colored comic. I usually don't color things. So hooray. Behold the ugly backgrounds, simple on purpose for stylistic/practical (ie. I don't have a lot of time) reasons.
Next page will get into the official tournament intro stuff, and it will be cooler-looking.

He picked it up by himself. The zookeepers didn't know quite what to think of him, so they pretended he was a regular giraffe. Which is why it took him so long to figure out he wasn't one.

Awesome! I love mom's oblivious stare, it's so cute. Kinda sad, but really cute. The comic is really cool. I can't wait to see where you go with it.
