Still learning on coloring in Photoshop, but I feel it is an improvement from when I started...I need to clear up the pencil marks, or at least replace them digitally.

Okay, thank you. I think I'm already okay at drawing in photoshop (Though I prefer on old-fashioned pencil-on-paper), but do you have any tips for coloring?

if your goin from traditional to digital what ive found is to think traditional as shading and photoshop as lighting theyre two totally different types of mediums, you definitly want to learn how to blend, these 2 videos pretty much explain it all

you should always paint over the lines you did before on paper
also try a wider range of colors
