In-game, yes, but the warning signs are usually just black and white. Also the logos themselves are actually usually monochrome (white, black, orange, or blue).

can u make mod controllers like with the d-pad that turns

I can mod those controllers, the ones with the transforming d-pads, but I cannot install a transforming d-pad on a controller that doesn't have one. Unfortunately the way they're manufactured makes it far too complicated to do.

Yes. Unfortunately the last one I made was purchased before I could photograph it and put it online, but yes, I can PS3 controllers.

I do all this stuff myself, by hand, and that takes a long time. If anyone wants to build me a controller-customizing robot I will happily lower the prices, but until then there's not much I can do."
