Woah!  Great work, awesome nebula and brushwork.
having the planet inside of the nebula like that tells us this nebula is incredibly small compared to typical formations though.  Or the planet is enormous and the size of the star
Did you by any chance get inspiration from my painting Pyre?
I think I see some similarities in concept

Wow, thanks a lot for the kind words! I'm flattered.
The inspiration was in general from all your works, not just Pyre .
And yeah, the planet is not good. You are right. I suppose I should make it smaller. Waaaay smaller

Yeah that's the issue with space, if you want to be scientifically accurate it gets less interesting, but feel free to break with realism if you like.  I do it all the time
