Personality: Onyx is quiet and shy, and very skittish around ponies that he doesn’t know. He tries to stay positive and cheerful, but sometimes struggles with it. He likes listening to music, and going for walks.
History: Born blind, Onyx’s mother always told him that he was special. As a foal, he liked hearing stories about Snowdrop, the blind pegasus. Those stories taught him that he didn’t need his sight to be able to make something wonderful. One day, Onyx met a teenaged unicorn named Royal Gallant--or "Roy," as he preferred to be called--when he accidentally teleported Onyx far away from his home. Roy helped him find his way back, and gave him a pair of magic glasses that allowed Onyx to be able to see colors.
