You can see, from afar, his art has a tendency to have some small gag in it, be it the title, or an item. Which makes for a comedy/tragedy pairing IMO.

I don't even know where to begin with this. The Frazetta setting, the fact that it's not just another in a line of Frazetta clones, the perfect shape of her body, the wonderful rendering job, the great colors, the strange sense of nostalgia it gives me... This is a seriously excellent piece of work. My favorite touch is probably the cask under the snow tiger/leopard's jaw. Rad.

I do value your input but I've heard that point of view a million times and, with respect, I don't care. Most of this pin-up stuff is personal work so I'll be painting what the hell I like. When it comes to fantasy, what I like is cheese and the occassional stupidity of it all. Of course her outfit is ridiculous, but that's what makes it fun for me. It's not supposed to be too serious - I laugh my ass off doing this crap!
Don't know if I'd ever revisit an old piece, but something new based around an existing character perhaps? Not really given it any thought before...
