Hey, i'm looking at this and trying not to dissolve into amazement, and i'm curious about what your tools are and if this is normal chalk? i just figure with my obsessive tendencies, something like this might be fun : )

i just use a usual black board chalk piece and a sewing pin.

yes, the entire sculpt was done with half a piece of chalk and the links are moveable

Well, while sculpting, the feeling you get is so amazing, its almost like you've reached inner peace XD . . . lol. well almost. i just get so lost, every time i scrape a bit off, i do it so delicately, so carefully, every thing slows down.
after im done, im brought back to reality.
i did feel a bit of accomplishment, but it wore off quickly . . im pretty sure all artist feel the same way.
