This is Stephanie Brown, AKA the fourth Batgirl... who DC ALSO decided shouldn't exist anymore.I drew it first with pencil in my sketchbook, then I scanned it in to my computer and colored it in Photoshop.

I dunno. A lot of DC writers want to write with both her and Cassandra Cain but for some reason DC keeps saying no.
